Small vase with molded decoration

PDC 23109

Small vase with molded decoration
Gilan Province. 1st-3rd century. Height 6.6 cm. Private collection, Nagoya.
A vase of pale green translucent glass containing a few air bubbles. It has a molded relief design typical of the Parthian dynasty. Probably the vase was used to hold ointment.
