Mask pendant
Gilan Province. 1st-3rd century. Depth .5 cm., diameter 1.5 cm. Private collection, Tokyo.
A pendant, designed like a mask, made of white translucent glass. The back is ground flat. It may have been set in a ring rather than used as a pendant.
