Koppa (U+03DE) finalized as modern lightening bolt Koppa. Archaic "lollipop Koppa" should be
      used where appropriate. Arial MS Unicode font incorrectly has lollipop at both locations but
      Times New Roman has it correctly
moved Theta.03 (U+03F4) from the PUA to 0370-03FF Greek and Coptic Range

Ver. 1.0.6, 27 Dec 2002 -
Corrected Lambda.02 and Lambda.04 (glyphs were switched); corrected names of Lambda.03 (from "Lambda 3") and Lambda.04 (from "Lambda 4"). The font is unaffected so only the letterform names chart needed correction.

(7 Nov 2002) - Unicode Committee provisionally accepted GREEK CAPITAL LETTER SAN and GREEK SMALL LETTER SAN in positions 03FA and 03FB, respectively

(20 Aug 2002) - Unicode Committee provisionally accepted GREEK CAPITAL LUNATE SIGMA SYMBOL in position 03F9

(1 May 2002) - Unicode Committee provisionally accepted GREEK CAPITAL LETTER SHO and GREEK SMALL LETTER SHO in positions 03F7 and 03F8, respectively (proposed as Bactrian letters)

Ver. 1.0.4, 19 Aug 2000 - Corrected chart to add new Kappa.02 with reference to 8-bit position 107; Kappa X moved to be Kappa.08 in the upper Unicode area.

Ver 1.0.3, 18 Aug 2000 - Corrected chart to show Lambda.02 as the unshifted character and moved Lambda.04 to the correct position.

Ver. 1.0.2, 14 Aug 2000 - 8-bit positions 32-90 and 97-122 swapped to place the primary characters in the uppercase positions and the secondary moved to the lowercase positions. This will permit compatibility with MS Symbol font for easy conversions.

Ver. 1.0.1, 3 Aug 2000 - draft version of computerized glyphs, with positions realigned to free 8-bit positions 202 for Mac use and 255 now used. Two circular arrows added.
