Obv: bust left with pointed beard wearing diadem and griffin-ended torque; a wart visible on forehead; circular border of pellets
Rev: male wearing diadem seated left on throne; in right hand Nike stands right presenting wreath; in left hand, scepter; under throne, Greek letters ΠΣ; in exergue, Greek letters ΑΡΤΕ; seven-line Greek inscription (L54i); no border = ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ ΕΥΕΡΓΕΤΟΥ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ
