Position Chart Changes

CautionThis is an outdated 8-bit font. It is not a Unicode font and is unsuitable for use on Internet web pages. It may be useful for internal documents or those to be exchanged with others who own the same font.


These are the changes to the Numismatica 8-bit font position chart:

changed Olbia lightening bolt at 054 to the TLG "three-bar sigma with right angles"

Ver. 1.0.6, 27 Dec 2002 - No changes to position chart required when corrected Lambda.02 and Lambda.04 (glyphs were switched); corrected names of Lambda.03 (from "Lambda 3") and Lambda.04 (from "Lambda 4"). The font was unaffected so only the letterform names chart needed correction.

Ver. 1.0.5, 20 Aug 2000 - new letter Kappa.02 replaces "X" glyph at position 107. Characters 113, 154, 155, 187, and 194 have their median dot increased in diameter.

Ver. 1.0.4, 19 Aug 2000 - characters currently in positions 214 through 233 incremented one position, vacating 214. New letter Pi.05 inserted into position 214.

Ver 1.0.3, 18 Aug 2000 - position 173 moves to 174, 174 to 175, freeing 173 which will not be used due to display problems with Internet Explorer 5.

Ver. 1.0.2, 14 Aug 2000 - positions 32-90 and 97-122 swapped to place the primary characters in the uppercase positions and the secondary moved to the lowercase positions. This will permit compatibility with MS Symbol font for easy conversions.

Ver. 1.0.1, 3 Aug 2000 - draft version of computerized glyphs, with positions realigned to free 202 for Mac use and to now use 255. Two circular arrows added.
